Lil Nas X is inspiring us massively this year. Not only did he come out publicly in March, his debut album, Montero, debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and featured songs that detail his struggles to reach stardom and his experiences growing up as a young Black gay kid–a rarely told story.

Continuing the album's success, the latest single, which features Jack Harlow, "Industry Baby," hit the number-one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 this past week. The video is raising money for cash bail in America in support of The Bail Project.
